The Ethnographic Variations group at Anthropology’s Ethnography Lab invites you to join us on February 28 when we will be joined by a very special guest Dr. Stephanie Springgay. Dr. Springgay is the Director of the School of the Arts at McMaster University, and is a leading scholar of research-creation with a focus on walking, affect, queer theory and contemporary art as pedagogy. Please join us for a talk about Dr. Springgay’s ongoing work and a generative discussion about ethnographic practices and methodological possibilities. This free event is open to students, faculty and members of the broader Ethnography Lab community. Moderated by conveners Gregoire Benzakin and Loren March.
